The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (IT Department) turns functional needs into reliable analytics products: you will gather and refine requirements, design enterprise dashboards and KPI frameworks, govern agile delivery, and contribute to the annual Data & Analytics strategy. You will also facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support business stakeholders in data validation, ensuring releases are accurate, auditable, and adopted.

Requisiti

• Experience in BI/Analytics with measurable business impact; strong experience in requirements gathering and KPI-driven dashboard design.
  
• Advanced skills in data visualization and modeling; strong SQL; ability to design for usability, consistency, and performance.
  
• Practical agile delivery experience (backlog, sprints, UAT, releases) with cross-functional stakeholders.
  
• Excellent facilitation and documentation skills; able to lead UAT and coach business stakeholders on data validation and sign-off.
  
• Fluent English; another European language is a plus.
  
• Availability to be on-site in Milan 3 days/week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise KPI frameworks, data dictionaries, and governance in multi-country organizations.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft data stack (e.g., PowerBI Premium Capacity, DAX, Azure SQL, ADF/Fabric) and AI-assisted analytics capabilities.

• Strong dimensional modeling, data-quality techniques, and product instrumentation (usage telemetry, adoption metrics).

• Proven enablement track record: playbooks, training, and scaling BI communities.
