A leading player in the aerospace sector is currently seeking a DSP Engineer to join its R&D team.

The ideal candidate has solid experience designing, implementing, and validating advanced digital signal processing algorithms, from simulation to FPGA-based implementation, and is eager to contribute to the development of next-generation space technologies.

Requisiti

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including telecom, electronics, and software engineers
  
• Analyze system requirements and translate them into subsystem-level specifications and architecture
  
• Design and optimize DSP algorithms in MATLAB for FPGA implementation
  
• Develop and optimize C/C++ DSP algorithms for embedded systems
  
• Port DSP solutions onto FPGA devices using VHDL/VERILOG
  
• Validate DSP implementations and assess their performance both in lab environments and on high TRL products
  
• Define and execute testing activities, including test plan/procedure preparation and test equipment setup
  
• Manage and maintain technical documentation (Design Descriptions, Interface Control Documents, Verification Control Documents, Test Plans, etc.)
  
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket, etc.)
  

Preferred Skills (a plus)

• Understanding of FPGA design flows and HLS tools
  
• Exposure to SDR platforms (USRP, GNU Radio, etc.)
  
• Knowledge of physical layer processing techniques (FFT, filtering, modulation, etc.)
  
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or other STEM disciplines, with 1–2 years of relevant experience
  
• English proficiency at B2 level
