Why am I an HR Business Partner?

It’s very interesting to see how each of us can make the “machine-company” work, if properly valued and put in the right context.

Biography

I was born in 1991 in Catania, where I lived until 2015. In 2010 I graduated from high school and I started working in a call center while I was wondering what I wanted to do.
I made a “career”, so I managed a team of 10 people and at that time I recognized the HR passion.
In 2012, while I was still working, I decided to enroll at the University and to attend Science and Languages for Communication course. I thought everyone who wants to work with human resources should have learned how to communicate, but first of all how to listen. In 2015 I graduated from university and at the same time I was already attending first year of Master Degree in Human Resources Training and Development in Bicocca University. I graduated in March 2018.

During my second year of university, I worked for 11 months in search and selection of personnel field. In March 2018, I worked in a multinational company next to the HR Business Partner: this experience made me understand what I wanted to do.
In september 2018 Hunters Group hired me as HR Business Partner. In November they proposed to me complete management of the Human Resources office and, in particular, I am entrusted with the project of structuring all the HR processes of a department that before then was used only for recruiting. I accepted the role with great enthusiasm and determination: after all it was exactly what I’ve always wanted.

Curiosity

I’m an ex classic dancer, but I love dance in all its different forms. I love fashion, shopping and traveling… I’m very curious, I love observing people and learning about new cultures.
