Why am I Marketing & Innovation Manager?

Marketing allows you to have a global view on business, putting your “having your finger in the pie” on processes inside and outside the company. Declined on the Human Resources segment, in consultancy it allows you to range over all fields of the labor market. Marketing allows you to experiment, it is never boring, and it links numbers and people: as far as I am concerned, a playground, a real Risk.

Biography

I was born in Milan in 1988, I became interested in the field of human resources during my first year at university when, as a cashier at Mc Donald’s, I observed a career progression of the Shop Manager and wondered about the choices being made by the central office.  I approach the digital world during my university studies when I work with a dropshipping company. In 2013, I obtained my Master’s Degree in Philosophical Sciences with honors.   

For about a year I worked as a Recruiter at an Head Hunting Boutique and then moved to what was called Technical Hunters and is now called Hunters Group. I’ve started as a Recruiter reporting to the Director of Technical Hunters and in 2015 I took part in the start-up of the Executive Hunters division where I held the role of Head of Recruitment Team, later extended to include the coordination of the team of recruiters set up for the JHunters division in 2017. From 2018 I wear a “second hat”: I structure the first Marketing activities of Hunters Group, therefore coming to manage 9 Recruiters and 1 Marketing Specialist. From March 2019, the establishment of the Marketing department has been official and I exclusively take on the role of Marketing & Innovation Manager.

Curiosities

Music! The perfect balance between logic and emotion: I play the piano, write music and sing in two bands. A real curiosity? I’m a gamer, I’ll be waiting for you on LoL!
