On the occasion of the 2022 Venice Biennale, Vanity Fair inaugurated its presence in the Metaverse with MetaVanity. In order of time, this is just the latest example of a company taking the plunge. There are those who speak of a revolution just like the one brought by the smartphone, some of the birth of a new virtual mythology. In any case, marketing in the Metaverse goes far beyond the limits of multichannel as we have understood it until now.
FOCUSED SEARCH FOR ALL INDUSTRIES
Junior profiles prefer a higher entry salary, even at the expense of flexibility, smart working or other benefits.

These are the results of a survey conducted by JHunters on a sample of about 200 candidates under 35, throughout the country: for about 76% of the interviewees, salary remains the most attractive aspect; only 24%, on the other hand, consider other benefits (of these, 40% prefer hourly flexibility and 60% non-monetary benefits).
