Why am I Senior Executive Director in Hunters?

First of all, my job chose me, but then i fell in love with managing simultaneously different activities. I like having compensations and sharing them with our team and with other main charatcters: the Client, the Candidate and the Consultant. Who does a better job?

About: Job Experience

I was born in Milan. My family is from this city and i have two sisters that take care of me.

After high school, I graduated in International Politics (2005).

I worked as Sales in the toy Industry during university. In Manpower I had the chance to known deeply the HR world, firstly as an Account, then by managing the Selection, Administration, Training and Active Labor Policies’ Team in Milan. Between these two experiences, I’ve worked in Infojobs, where I’ve discovered the online recruiting. Moreover I became adn headhunter in R2SELL, where I managed a S&M Team. 

I’ve been taking part of Hunters since March 2018 as an Executive Director in Middle Management.

About: Hobbies & Passions

I love working out, but only if competition is in it. I am still considering myself a soccer player, but in a few decades I could think of being a coach. I love traveling everywhere: with my wife, with friends, with my family, even with colleagues. At last, like an average italian, food and good wine should never be lacking.
