FOUNDER PARTNER – EXECUTIVE HUNTERS
Shishn prikrasnaia i udivitielnaia – Life is wonderful and amazing.
I have started over several times in my life and I will never get tired of getting back up when I fall.
Why do I work as a Head Hunter?
It has always been my dream and I have struggled for years to achieve it when everything seemed against me. At 40, I have learnt this job and I could never do a different one. It is varied, always different: you never get bored. And by developing a strong emotional resilience and resistance to stress, when you fall you get back up more determined than before. I like training young people; I have also developed a passion for business.
Biography
I was born in Milan in 1965 from an Italian father and a Russian mother, I’ve traveled a lot: I’ve learnt 6 languages by living between Italy, USA, France, Russia and Israel. With a very complex personal and family history, I have made multiculturalism a way of life. Since I have been working at Hunters Group I live in Italy, but it isn’t certain that I will not change country again in the future. After graduating from the G. Carducci high school in Milan, in 2000 I graduated with honors in Psychology of Organizations and Work in Padua and my thesis on social solidarity was published. Then I did a Master in Economics at Bocconi. But since then I have never stopped studying and informing myself. During my studies I worked at Techint, then at Feltrinelli as Contract Manager for all foreign authors.
I started in HR when I joined Campari, later moving to the Berlitz School of Languages in Israel and then to McKinsey & Company.
Since 2005 I have been part of Technical Hunters, now Hunters Group, as one of the two founding Partners and the first employee. A wonderful start-up, difficult but exhilarating and lived with a lot of enthusiasm and total dedication. In fact, I am proud to say that we have grown very much and very quickly. I trained half of the head hunters in our Milan office and, with the company, I also grew, becoming Senior, then Manager and finally Director.
Today I work in the Executive division.
Curiosity
I don’t feel my age, I still lead the same life as when I was 30. I love traveling and I wouldn’t do anything else if I could, but I am also a sportswoman: I have tried practically every sport in existence. However, diving and ski mountaineering remain my real passion.
