Description

For a global leader in the reciprocating compressor market, we are looking for a Service Operation Order Execution professional.

Main Responsibilities

In collaboration/exchange with internal SERV and F&A/Procurement/ Shipping dep, the resource will be responsible for:

  • Safety First: Ensure SERV BCIT’s Health and Safety Manual/Procedures meet OSHA and customer requirements, and strictly enforce a zero “0” tolerance policy.
  • Ensure multiproduct and services BCIT order execution with project management activities
  • Ensure projects execution according to customer specification, applicable industry norms, policies and procedures, including ISO9001 quality assurance standards are met and are completed in time and within budget.
  • First level of customer support during order execution
  • Monitoring of workshop load
  • Ensure projects execution (Parts, FS, Repair) according to customer specification, applicable industry norms, policies and procedures, ISO9001 on time and within budget.
  • Cost evaluation W/S works
  • Identify, recruit and maintain relationship with suppliers
  • Use all company commercial and technical tools at highest company standards
  • Manage On-time and diligently the Forecast process with the internal involved stakeholders
  • Build up strong internal relationship within BC and Region Europe service organization to foster a Regional approach and make use of the available skills and facilities.
  • Forster the culture of listening the "Voice of Customer" and build up customer relationships and key accounts.
  • Timely Control and Coordination of Information exchange via CRM and available tools.
  • Boost Sale of Service products (Spare parts, Field Services,Valve services, Technical Support Services, monitoring) also via upselling.
  • Organization of workload taking in consideration short notice priorities.
  • Weekly/monthly reports of sales activities, customers’ expectation and prepare quarterly review meeting with headquarter.
  • Ensure project and/or contract have been negotiated in line with BC commercial, technical and business requirements/regulations and/or standards.
  • Build up strong internal relationship within BC and Region Europe service organization to Act according to and promote a Regional approach and make use of the available skills and facilities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s):

  • Service financial target for BCIT for FY (OiT, Sales, GM, EBIT).
  • Upselling on ongoing orders.
  • Development of sales for all Burckhardt SERV product portfolio.
  • Development of coverage of OBC machines OBC MS increase.
  • Center court product support for other BCx.
  • Service On Time delivery/on time response.
  • CRM usage and data cleanliness.
  • Voice of Customer result and strategy.
Required Skills

Language, IT &amp and general skills:

  • Strong will in learning and personal development
  • fluent spoken and written English
  • High knowledge of Office suite (power point, excel, outlook…).
  • SAP knowledge and usage.
  • Technical background, degree will be a plus.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in similar business of engineering/order management team: Plant Engineering and Construction, Chemical / Petrochemical Industry, Industrial Gases Industry, Refinery Industry, Industry related to Piping, Pressure Vessels, Welding.
  • Experience with companies (EPC’s & Endusers) in the field of Refineries, Gas transport and storage, Petrochemical and Chemical Industry, Industrial gas for new machine business and /or build up aftersales service business including service centers in SEA.
  • Able to build relationship with Customer based on trust
  • Strong problem solving skills/attitude.
  • Team player in a multicultural, international as in local workshop environment.
  • Systematic approach and planning.
  • Negotiation skills (technical and commercial).
  • Willingness for domestic and international business travel.
  • Previous employment in reciprocating compressor company is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Instrumentation and control topic.
