The company is a small software house in Milan, Italy, part of a leading global medical device corporation from Japan. It focuses on the design, production, and maintenance of Software as a Medical Device and provides after-sales support. Its main product is a Distributed Clinical Alarms Management system used in hospitals across Europe. The company aims to improve healthcare with advanced technology. We are looking for a Sr. Software Developer for our Research and Development team in Milan.

Your tasks

• Design and develop mainly the server side of the medical products
• Technical documentation of the products writing
• Product testing preparation and execution, both unit and integration

Your profile

1. Mandatory

• You’re having at least 5 years experience in software development and testing 
• Good knowledge of an object oriented programming language, like Delphi (preferred), C#, Java 
• Good knowledge on mySQL or relational database
• Team-working attitude
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Hands-on attitude
• Willingness to travel
• You are living in Milan area and/or willing to relocate

2. Nice to have

• Experience in the Medical software development
• Agile – SCRUM pratictioner
• Knowledge of web programming techniques (JavaScript, extJS library, HTML5, CSS3, Web Service)
• Cybersecurity knowledge
• Good knowledge of the Java Language – Android Studio
• Good knowledge of Android OS and its OEM implementations
• Knowledge of Swift and xCode language on iOS
