Hunters Group, a Head Hunting company, is searching for a Data Analyst for a company operating in the IT and Cyber Security sector in the Cuneo area. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and translating complex data into meaningful insights to support business decisions. This professional will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
Key responsibilities, reporting directly to the manager, include:
– Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and quality to obtain accurate and reliable results.
– Identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data to provide clear and significant information to management and company stakeholders.
– Preparing clear and intuitive reports and dashboards that visualize analysis results in an understandable and engaging manner.
– Providing data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decisions, collaborating with management, marketing, sales, and other business functions.
– Developing predictive models and analysis to forecast future trends and support company planning.
– Defining and monitoring key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate the success of business initiatives.
Main requirements:
– Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
– Experience in data analysis, preferably in a corporate environment, with at least 5 years of experience.
– Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
– Excellent understanding of Business Intelligence and Data Visualization concepts.
– Intermediate knowledge of English (CEFR B2) and/or Chinese language (HSK IV).
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Employment contract: Permanent position with a compensation package based on the candidate's actual experience.
